How many messages can I broadcast per day to my customers ?
Your daily broadcast limit increases automatically based on your messaging activity and quality.

You start with a limit of 1,000 messages per day.
Once you successfully send 500 or more messages, your limit upgrades to 10,000 messages per day.

If you send 5,000 messages within 7 days, your limit increases to 100,000 messages per day.

The highest tier allows unlimited messages per day, which is enabled after sending 50,000 messages within 7 days.

Limit upgrades are processed automatically and usually take effect within 24 hours.
How do you handle customer support ?
We offer dedicated support via live chat, email, phone, and Zoom to ensure quick resolutions, smooth onboarding, and uninterrupted business operations.
Are WhatsApp conversation charges managed separately ?
Yes. WhatsApp conversation credits are recharged and billed separately. Each time you send a template message, the applicable WhatsApp conversation charge is deducted from your balance. Pricing varies by user country. For India, charges are ₹0.8631 per marketing template and ₹0.115 per utility or authentication template, as defined by Meta.
What is a Customer Service Window or Session Window ?
customer service session window starts when a user sends a message to your WhatsApp Business number. This session remains open for 24 hours from the most recent customer message. During this window, you can reply with any type of message, including free-form text, media, or follow-ups, without using template messages.
Is billing prepaid or postpaid ?
All billing is prepaid. You simply recharge your balance in advance and use services.
How many contacts can I import ?
You can import unlimited contacts into the dashboard. There is no charge for storing or managing contacts. You are charged only for the WhatsApp conversations you initiate, as per Meta pricing.
Is there a minimum WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCC) balance I need to maintain ?
Yes. WhatsApp Conversation Credits are required to send messages to customers on WhatsApp and are charged directly by Meta. When you sign up with Click Chat, you receive ₹5 worth of free WhatsApp Conversation Credits for testing purposes.

To continue sending messages and keep chatbots and automation active, you need to maintain a minimum WCC balance of ₹10 for INR accounts or $1 for USD accounts. To send messages to a larger audience, you can recharge your WCC balance at any time.
